If you have already had your Interview with the Bishop, then the next step is to get an appointment through Bro Miller. We'll make sure you get an appointment, but if you have a temple date, then please, get this appointment scheduled sooner than later.

And it isn't mandatory, but President Hutchings enjoys meeting couples as part of the interview experience.

Here is some content that the Stake Presidency would like you to read in preparation for your Melchizedek Priesthood interview. If possible, we would suggest that you prayerfully read and discuss this with your parents, an older sibling, or a priesthood leader. If you have already read this content, then you’re already well prepared—great job!
Only an Elder - By Elder Bruce R. McConkie (1915–85)
There are two ways this can happen
1. You talk with your bishop and then he submits a recommendation to the Stake President.
2. Your Bishop might approach you about accepting a calling as a temple worker.
From there the Stake President reviews the recommendation and then submits it to the Temple President. Then a member of the temple presidency will contact you to set up an interview, and may also set you apart if everything is ready.
You don’t need to share all the details—just a general topic helps me match you with the right member of the presidency. For example, if you’d like to share an idea for the youth in the stake. Then I would schedule this with the presidency member that oversees the youth.

We love seeing your excitement for the mission, but we do our best to make sure your missionary paperwork is all in order to make sure we expedite the process as effectively as possible. Once all of that is in order, then Brother Miller will reach out to you and set up an appointment.
There are a few more appointments that need to be made.
Contact Brother Miller after you have had your Bishop Interview.
1. For the men, Melchizedek Priesthood Interview (30-45 min)
2. Living Ordinance Interview for your first time through the temple (30-45 min)

Now that the exciting parts are done, there are still 2 more appointments to take care of before you get started on your mission.
1. Final Interview (15 min) - This is usually a week before you get set apart to see how you are doing and if you have any questions.
2. Setting Apart as a missionary (30 min) - This usually around 4:00 the Sunday before you start Home MTC.
Brother Miller will reach out to help you get everything scheduled.

It is an exciting time as your missionary return date gets closer. We receive their itinerary and keep a close eye on their return date. I will reach out about 2 weeks before their return date to schedule their release time. Pres Hutchings does have a full-time job, so most likely it will be in the evening. IF your missionary is coming home within a week, and you haven’t heard from me, then please reach out to me. I do my best to stay on top of things.

One of the perks of this calling is hearing the amazing insights, testimony, and stories from these return missionaries as soon as they get home. We do our best to get them to a High Council meeting to report on their experience. Parents are invited to join. Here is the general format of the Return Missionary Report:
• They'll be asked to share some faith-promoting experiences and their testimony.
• Then the members of the High Council will ask some questions.
• They’ll be asked about their future plans and speaking with the High Council.
High Council meets at 7:00 am on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month. Brother Miller will reach out to you to schedule this.
We like to set up a follow up appointment about 2 weeks after your missionary comes home. It is quite a change of pace and scenery for your return missionary, so President Hutchings likes to check in and see how they’re adjusting, what kind of plans they might have, and to address any concerns or questions they might have.
Brother Miller will reach out to you to schedule this.
