Custom 3D Medical Animation

Anatomically precise animation your sales, marketing and regulatory teams use to explain the device, win the room and shorten the conversation.

Why device teams commission it

The animation is a sales tool, not a deliverable.

A rep can describe the mechanism. An animation shows it, the same way, in every room, to every audience, without a prototype on the table.

Persuasive power in the room

Your team walks into a hospital committee or a booth with the mechanism visible and moving. Complex geometry stops being something the buyer has to imagine.

One asset, every channel

The same build feeds the launch video, the training module, the regulatory submission, the booth loop and the still images in the brochure.

Straight to the animators

You work directly with the people building the animation. Technical questions are answered by whoever is in the software, not relayed through an account manager.

We work with everybody, from big to small.

How a project runs

Seven steps, and you sign off on four of them.

Every milestone is a review you approve before the next one starts, so nothing is a surprise at delivery.

  1. 01Storyboard

Key scenes, surgical steps and product demonstrations mapped out.

  2. 02Quote & budget

A detailed quote based on complexity, length and deliverables.

  3. 03Greenlight & assets

CAD files, reference material and technique documentation collected.

  4. 04Prep & setup

You review device placement against anatomy, scale and positioning.

  5. 05Alpha review

The first complete draft: full flow, sequence, timing and camera.

  6. 06Beta refinement

Final materials, lighting, transitions, text overlays and voiceover.

  7. 07Final delivery

High-definition animation in the formats you need, plus stills.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What device teams ask before the first call

What do you need from us to start?
A storyboard or even a rough outline of the scenes, your CAD files (preferably .STP, with laser markings included), reference images or phone footage of the device, and any surgical technique documentation. We confirm what is missing on the first call.
How long does a custom animation take?
Most projects run 4-6 weeks from storyboard approval to final render, depending on device complexity and how many review cycles you need. Alpha and beta reviews are built into that.
How is it priced?
From the storyboard. You get a detailed quote based on complexity, animation length and the deliverables you need, before any production starts. If scope changes later we tell you the cost before proceeding.
Who owns the animation?
You do. You receive the finished files in the formats you need and can use them across sales, marketing, training and regulatory work. Project files can be retained so later device updates cost far less than a new animation.
Can one animation serve several audiences?
Yes. The same build is typically cut into a full technique animation, a short marketing edit, a silent booth loop and still images, so the device looks identical everywhere it appears.
